Her strengths include small business administration, marketing strategy and plan development, content writing, email marketing, and marketing campaign implementation. Sharon is a Constant Contact Solution Provider and a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. With a strong passion for building healthier small businesses within our community, Sharon helps small businesses succeed by providing experienced resources for small business owners through Niche Marketing Company, Inc. and Niche’s sister company, Benchmark Administrative Support Services, Inc.
Meg Cotton, Owner/Vice President
Meg is a award-winning graphic designer with over 12 years of experience working with corporate, small business, education, and non-profit clients on branding and marketing.
She is the “creative” side to Niche Marketing Company with a skill set that includes website design, print/digital design and branding. She is passionate about providing great designs and strategic marketing efforts to get your business noticed and grow!
Erin Epple Reprogel, Social Media Manager
Erin enhances our team by managing Niche’s client social media accounts and collaborating on campaign strategy. She brings years of experience and knowledge working in digital marketing, implementing successful campaigns, and yielding exceptional results on all social media platforms.
Amy Dill, Marketing Assistant
Amy joined Niche’s team in 2018 as a marketing assistant, specializing in project coordination and marketing initiative implementation. Amy brings over 14 years of marketing experience from the publishing industry, including project coordination, content writing, email marketing, and project coordination. She holds a Master of Internet Marketing degree from Full Sail University.
Shelly Gaphardt, Office Manager/Bookkeeping Specialist
Shelly is our Office Manager and Bookkeeping Specialist extraordinaire. With years of experience in office administration, bookkeeping, and payroll implementation, Shelly oversees Niche’s accounting, client billing, and payroll as well as assisting clients of Niche’s sister company, Benchmark Administrative Support Services, Inc., with their accounting and payroll as well.
Andrew Cotton, Marketing Intern
Andrew assists the Niche and Benchmark teams with social media statistics, administrative, and bookkeeping projects as an intern. He is currently a junior at Towson University, majoring in human resources.
These little mascots keep us smiling! On occassion, our precious pets come to visit and spread smiles through the office.

Our sister company, Benchmark Administrative Support Services, Inc., is looking for an experienced part-time bookkeeper to join the friendly Benchmark team. This position provides full-charge bookkeeping services to a variety of small business clients. The position will be approximately 15-20 hours per week in a flexible schedule to start and will eventually grow to a full-time position.
You must have either an Associates degree in accounting, be a certified bookkeeper, or have equivalent years of bookkeeping experience. QuickBooks Online and Desktop experience is required.
You must be able to set up QuickBooks desktop and online accounting systems, accurately enter transactions, prepare customer invoices, prepare bank and credit card reconciliations, enter journal entries, enter payroll transactions, and prepare financial statements. This position is approximately Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 and 5:00 p.m. We offer a flexible schedule, paid time off, and a wonderful work environment.
