Location:
We’re primarily an in-office team at 608 South Main Street, Bel Air, MD 21014, but may offer hybrid flexibility for the right candidate once established in the roll.
Employment Type:
Full-Time (40 hrs/week) preferred; Part-Time (25+ hrs/week) may be considered for the right candidate
Full-Time Employment Salary Range:
$46,000 – $60,000 annually (commensurate with experience) + benefits
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
- A creative, organized self-starter who can execute campaigns end to end
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail and brand voice
- Comfortable using data and analytics to guide decisions
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and tools like Canva, Adobe, Meta Business Suite, and Agorapulse
- Collaborative team player who enjoys working with small business clients

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who’s eager to dive into all aspects of digital marketing: branding, strategy, content development, social media, and paid search. This is an opportunity to build a versatile skill set, collaborate closely with clients, and see your work come to life.
You’ll touch multiple client projects each week, balancing creativity with detail-oriented execution in a role that’s both hands-on and highly rewarding.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to each client’s goals
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media, blogs, and email newsletters
- Manage paid digital advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)
- Collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging and design
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Write clear, engaging copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads
- Proofread and edit content to maintain brand voice, accuracy, and consistency
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and engagement strategies
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics
- Prepare reports and recommendations to improve results
- Use insights to guide future content and campaign decisions
Client & Team Collaboration
- Work directly with clients to understand goals, review drafts, and share results
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and tools
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
In the first six months:
- Create and schedule social content for multiple clients each month
- Write and publish blog or email content aligned with client goals
- Set up and optimize at least 2 ad campaigns with measurable ROI
- Content is clear, on-brand, and engaging across platforms
- Clients feel supported, informed, and confident in their marketing
- Data is used to improve performance — not just report on it
- You’re proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects smoothly

- Strong portfolio showcasing modern, responsive web designs.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic PHP preferred.
- Familiarity with page builders such as Elementor, Divi, and Gutenberg.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and SEO fundamentals.
- Strong design sense with attention to detail and usability.
- Technical problem-solver with excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong communicator and collaborator.
- Passionate about learning new tools, technologies, and trends in web design.

- Your websites are visually polished, mobile-friendly, and follow best practices for UX, SEO, and accessibility
- You collaborate smoothly with the marketing and content teams to turn strategy into effective website layouts and landing pages
- Client feedback is addressed efficiently, resulting in clean, functional final websites
- Projects are delivered on time, with clear communication around timelines and scope
- You’re comfortable troubleshooting common WordPress issues and performing routine site updates and maintenance
