President/Owner
Sharon is a seasoned business owner, helping local companies succeed for nearly four decades. Using her marketing expertise, she has gown Niche Marketing to a respected and reliable business partner that is trusted in the local community. The same goes for her other company, Benchmark Bookkeeping and Payroll. Throughout her successful journey as a business owner, Sharon’s passion for entrepreneurship remains evident and is infused into her work with her clients. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she finds joy in exploring new horizons and traveling the world.
Erin is a seasoned professional with a unique blend of expertise in both marketing and education. After 11 years in education, Erin embraced the dynamic world of marketing. Over the last decade, she has honed her skills in client relationships, project management, digital marketing strategy, social media marketing, and design. Erin uses her experience to build strong client connections, deliver projects on time, and create data-driven strategies for businesses. In addition to her marketing prowess, Erin shares her office with Cocoa, the Barketing Director, reflecting her inclusive and supportive approach to work.
Design and Digital Marketing Specialist
Luke comes to Niche with nearly two decades of design and marketing experience. Most recently he served as director of marketing for Goucher College, and he has a wide range of industry experience, from local business to higher education to real estate. Recently launching his own pottery business (Sweet Air Pottery), he spends his free time either in the studio, going on hikes, or taking care of his furbaby, Duchess the bulldog.

Cocoa became part of the Niche team in early 2020 when she was just two years old, after relocating from a rescue shelter in South Carolina to her forever home in Bel Air. Most days, when she’s at the office, she can be found calmly greeting visitors and co-workers, inspecting packages, participating in meetings, snoozing under her desk, or encouraging co-workers to take a walk outside on breaks. When she’s not at the office, Cocoa enjoys short walks, backyard zoomies, carrying around her favorite toys, and spending time with her favorite humans, our Digital Marketing Manager and her children.
